vBulletin is the greatest forum platform on the market - in every price class. I'd advise you to just ask the authors of the products that are in interest of you. They'll know best what their products are capable of.

I'd also remind you that you should look into the code before installing the product on your webpage. Take care, what the product actually does on your homepage. As an example: There is a product here that says it does background tasks with emails, but without saying so on the product description, it manipulates all your frontpages footer with a rel-follow link.
