vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Prevent users from posting threads without tags?

Hi folks,

I've seen various mods here on vbulletin.org for Plugins to allow automatic tagging of threads, but I'm wondering, is there a way to prevent a user from posting their thread to a vbulletin board without providing any tags?

About 90% of posts to my site are tag-less and I think asking users themselves to tag their threads would be fantastic.

If anyone knows of how to this this, I'd greatly appreciate it!!!
