I haven't been active in a while so I'm (to be blunt) out of it.

I'm looking for an efficient and user-friendly Wiki system that integrates with vBulletin. A central login, Usergroup permissions and a database...That's all I can think of in this early hour.

The supported vBulletin version is for 3.8+.

The ones I've seen through searches are MediaWiki, THS Wiki, NuWiki and VaulWiki. Any thoughts on these or any other that's out there? Your input is appreciated. Thank you.
