Probably should have created your own thread since your question has nothing to do with "official upgrade service"

Anyway - I asked this question a few weeks ago over at vBulletin.com --- If the license is upgraded within 2 months - the price is $100 to upgrade. After 60 days - you have to pay the full owned license fee. The discount rate applies only if you have 3 of the same types of licenses.
