This doesn't work for me for some reason.

Maybe i am not looking at right place.

It shoudl be listed in cp?

Also, i upgreaded, re-uploaded all files to Helpful Answers 1.9.1 beta4.zip

My Plugin page shows this:
1.9.1 Allows users to rate answers as helpful or not.

Please advise.
