Well you could do this by editing a php file (functions_mgc_cb_evo.php), in this file you should see the colors dropdown construction and shouldn't have any problem adding more

By the way I recommend you don't do the modification know coz this file will dissapear in the next version.

1. Yes you can put the chatbox on all the pages you want
2. What do you mean by column ? the one for the notification and the one for the chats ?
3. There is an option to enable avatars
