Could someone please make this small MOD?
It's been asked many times and I have found several attempts but it seems no one has succeeded...

I created a comment MOD for my forum and though someone was kind enough to put together a per forum min/max character hack, it has proven to be very frustrating to determine if/when they are within the character limits.

imo. this seems like a very useful modification and something that should even be implemented into vBulletin as a whole.
