I have a big problem! I didnt change the htaccess file before uploading and when I installed the xml file i now get this message.

Im new to all this and would like to know what I now need to change to get my forum back online. I have since deleted the uploaded folder yet nothing has changed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
