The problem we have at our board is this one. When we upload attachments, sometimes the screen goes blank after a few minutes of uploading. If I close the Manage Attachments window and reopen it, we can see that some of the attachments uploaded but not all. So we have to add the missing attachments again.

This seems to be happening randomly. Most of the time, no problem. But It's happening enough to generate questions by members.
