Basically after an hour on the phone, i've still not found anything new about my situation, Paypal told me that they have a right to freeze your account for upto 180 days without having to give you a satisfactory reason, and not pay you a penny of interest.

Apparently i agreed to let them do this when i signed up, its in their agreement aparently. Oh and they said if i complained to Visa and mastercard, my account will be deleted?? whats that about?

However i have found a way to get my money back, I asked paypal if my customers complained that they hadn't recieved their goods could they ask for their money back, He said yes.

So tonight i've just asked all my customers to file a dispute to get their funds back, and i've asked them to pay me via nochex for an extra discount on their next orders, 2 of them have agreed already so at least i'll be ?700 better off this week hopefully
