Default User Group Privileges
I would like to allow certain (trusted) user groups to be able to create/manage forums & boards. From what i can tell, the only group allowed to do this is the Admin group. Is there a setting or permission that I am missing that i can toggle to allow another group access to this funtion? or is the Admin the only one able to do it?
