When I go to your site, all I see is the default vbulletin style, so I really have no clue what the problem is.

For the missing graphics - check the page source path. That tells where the server is thinking the graphics are located. Then, check your server and see if the images are where the server thinks they should be. If not, then either put the graphics there or change the path to the graphics in style manager > stylevars
