Ok, I delete all the smiles, default folder and all. I then deleted the smiles FTP folder. i reuploaded the new smilies to the image folder which made the path image/smilies. I went back into AdminCP created a new smilies category and use the image/smilies path and the defaults showed up again and no other smilies...

Whats weird, is that I can upload smilies one at a time and they become "default" (meaning I uploaded a couple of smilies, but after I deleted the folder and tried to reinstall the new smilies, only the defaults and the ones i added manually show up)
