Is there a way, when a user makes a new thread, to have vBulletin check that current forum he/she is posting in to see if there is already a thread by that same exact name name? And if it finds a thread by the same exact name then it would force the user to change the thread title, or tell them to make the thread title "more specific" because it already exists...

Anything like this that you know about?
