vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Disallow/Merge consecutive posts by same user in certain subforums?

there are many hacks/mods that allow you to merge posts by a member if they have posted in the same thread within X number of minutes, days, etc.

i'm looking for something that does this same thing but has an option to specify which subforums you want (or don't want) this to occur in.

basically i have no issue with people replying threads after another reply but i want to disallow this in my classifieds sections.

any help is greatly appreciated.
