The company that hosts my forum also does the behind the scenes stuff for example installing plug-ins. I am the Admin (they just access via my account) when they need to do work.

Considering the plug-in has been live for over 72hrs now without any notifications I have to assume its not working or the settings are wrong. When I log in as Admin there are no reports on the PM system.

I have limited skills on a keyboard myself and was hoping to save asking my host to look at it as it usually costs ????
