I am getting similar messages - I don't know if these started when I upgraded to 3.8.2 or when I recently added a new menu bar for navigation back to our main site. Any help is really appreciated.

vboptions > server settings > use remote yui? is set to none but I've made sure that these two files are in the clientscript/yui folder and are readable. I'm still getting the errors.
