I think in all reality all people can do is to avoid going to palces like Mexico, until the clean up operation and recovery period has fininished.

I think that people do need to get into context that swine flu is just a more severe forum of flu and even with normal flu at least 10,000 people die in the UK alone, mainly the elderly.

There have been cases where school children have contracted the flu virus and with treatment have pulled through, so i guess its important not to create a panic situation, trust me we've had loads in the past, you know the end of the human race, etc..

To keep yourself alive you just need to be fit and healthy, as with all illnesses it will mainly strike with the elderly and young so this is the area we need top concentate on.

I remember we were all going to die of selmonela, Aids, bird flu, CJD, e-coli etc... if you belive all that, then Panic !!
