the server is over loaded and the hosting company tell me that My VPS sever take all the resources of the server and affect on others VPS on the server but i think that my site visit number is very low to do that is there is any problem in the database can lead to that
Note in the previous three days the database tables drop suddenly and database become empty which lead me restore my backup database each 12-15 hr
