Hello ddo36,

It looks to me like your missing the default thread icon, for example, this one:

That's my default icon, and it can't find the image so it's replacing it with text. Try re-uploading the image to the icons directory

EDIT: Oppss sorry Lynne, didn't notice your post, this post is just an incling, sorry if this hasn't solved it.
