My forums has heavy traffic and they are always putting up new posts that are newsworthy to be posted on the home page. SO, a feature that would allow posters to have their post be posted if it is OK'd. Like if a user is posting a new thread and at the end of it, have a check box that says something like, "Send as news?" If checked, it would e-mail an admin (or mod) so they could take that news and post it in their news section.

ALSO, a totally seperate section that would allow people to send in their own news vbulletin style. You can see an example of this that we made in cgi by clicking here.
