I just wanted to say that I got this all figured out, and if anyone is wanting to do this, this is what you do.

I downloaded this and installed it

I made 2 usergroups: Male and Female

I changed all my members to the right group

I went in and set my permission for the forums, where male can't see female and female can't see male. Then I made it so all groups that were not in these groups or had more then 1 usergroup could not see these areas unless they are staff.

Hope it works if you try this worked like a charm for me
