going from 3.8.2 to 3.8.3 shouldnt affect your mods or templates.

Hopefully you have a test board, do it there first, if all goes well, wait until late at night and repeat the steps on your live board.

and what about the replace files...
Do I need to replace these all files they want to replace in uploading...?
