vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Feature for adding new post to end of last post

Is there a feature whereby if a user makes a post in a topic, and then makes another post in that topic within a certain timeframe (assuming no one else posts during that time), the new post is added to the end of the old post, rather than it being displayed as a second post? I've tried doing a search but haven't managed to find anything.
