Found the table which is cool. I am trying to use this as an event registration form where users fill out the appropriate fields and are then saved in the database. What I really need to add to this is a way that I can sort by heading (like excel) so I can work out how many users have clicked each question.

Have a look at the form Results poll view added here. That could help you. It would not be easy (if possible at all) sorting by questions.
