Once you have modified the PSD, save the 3 sections top.jpg, side1.jpg side2.gif to the darkness/misc/ directory and re-upload to your server overwriting the existing files.

If your having troubles cutting the images from the PSD, and easy way is to modify the PSD to your liking. Then open the existing 3 images, and then just copy and paste on top creating a new layer.
