The only thing I can think of is to do a search in the files for the template name and look for where it is evaled. That should give you a good idea of where it is used.

It is very easy to take a look at a page and then see what templates are used in it (so, kinda the opposite of what you are saying). Just do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.
