May be you didn't upload post_thanks_admin.php file correctly to your admincp folder?

I double checked and all items are uploaded as described. The Thanks is visible under the post but there used to also be a notice that showed up that you had new rep comments and when you went to your usercp, you could see who thanked you. It is this part that does not work now.
