It's a real shame, but I have to agree.

You should take a look at http://www.scriptol.com/how-to/image...fixed-size.php and come up with something that keeps the picture proportions when they're resized.

Also, I found that the Header where it says "Forum Home Album Pictures" didn't look like it was part of my skin. The other mod I installed did that.

This one has LOT of potential though!
