This is not an error, it's default! As you can see, Even in the default vB Style, there are no dropdowns up in the top right corner where it says the Thread: "Threadtitle" :up:

The dropdowns on forumdisplay (IE: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=1) work!

Thanks for your kind words. Glad you liked it. My support for this template will last as long as I can do it, its upgrrading to vB4 will depend on what the new templating system is like.
