Whatever the cause I am removing this mod for the time being but since I cannot explain how this happened I do not trust it for now. I expect to revisit this in the future but this required me to remove the 2 entries via phpadmin manually and I won't risk further issues until I can determine why.

You say it created the thread, but wouldn't let anyone read it, but then you go onto say that you couldnt see it? Do you mean it created the thread but wouldn't allow anyone to view the content when the click on the thread title?

This mod doesn't have any usergroup settings. It uses your default usergroup settings. It also doesnt add any tables to your database - It just updates the default vbulletin database to add "1" onto the postcount of the user that makes the post - so im not sure what youve removed via phpmyadmin!
