Default Add ons/Plugins
Hello again

So I am wanting to install some of these many great Mods we have on here, but I have a small problem, I don't know how to do this.

Say I download a Mod here, I go into my Add new plugin within my Admin Panel, what to do next?
How to install and make the new Mod work?
