If any coders out there can do this (I'll describe better below) I'm willing to pay if fee is reasonable.

Needed to do :

Have certain threads display a certain HTML page as a post at the bottom of each thread's display. So if a person is ready that thread, the last post displayed at the bottom of each page is the body code of an HTML page. -- basically footer for the thread
