I'm looking for a mod that will allow me to set some requirements on the passwords of specific user groups.

The ability to control things such as; minimum length, require capital and lowercase letters, require symbols ect would be great, I have been looking through the mod database pretty thuroly and have not found anything that would fit this description does anyone know of a mod that already exists that fits this description, and if now would anyone be willing to write it?
