Is there any BB code (or any other way) that will show an existing web page (not in the forum) into a thread post and have it show the exact web page as-is ?

I don't mean cut and paste.. but grab the entire web page as it is from it's current location, and show it in the thread.

The reason being, I have gallery pages of athletes NOT in my forum, but on my www part of my site, that are updated regularly. I'd like to have these pages shown in a post (it would have to insert the html of that page for each view of course). It would need to 'grab' that web page each time and display it in the thread.

Is there a simple 'include' function I could use?

This would be VERY similar (er, identical) to MS Frontpage's "include page" feature, where you can include one page into another
