Yeah Well Like I Say This Style Was On vb 3.6.7 And I Update The Forum All The Time And It's Now 3.8.2

If no dropdowns are working, it sounds like you turned off dhtml menus (vboptions > style options). Have you tried disabling your plugins and seeing if that fixes things?
