In all honesty I would highly recommend NOT doing this. The main reason is that you're spreading very little content throughout many, many forums. It will make your forum look completely dead. Have a discussion board for each console, and if you must, have sub-forums for each genre. This is a much better solution than creating a forum for each game.

Additionally, if you want more "game-specific" stuff, look into adding prefixes. This will allow users to create a thread with a specific game in front of it.
