vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Very basic question about styles/themes and how they are implemented

The way I do this on my site, is I have a style that is not pickable called Layout. I make all my template changes in that style. 'Under' that style are a few child styles and those are pickable by the users. In those styles, I simply change the colors in Main CSS and sometimes something in StyleVars. This way, I can just change the templates in the one style and the other styles inherit the changes.
