Ok I wanted to be 100% certain on this

I have a subscription called Gold Membership. Primary Usergroup Gold Member.
Its on Paypal for API.

Now does the payment for the subscription have to be accepted in paypal before vbulletin updates them to the new usergroup?

because I tried but didnt click approve or reject in paypal and it didnt move them. So I would assuem it has to be accepted in paypal first??
