vb.org Archive - View Single Post - I can not upload any picture

I've moved my website from godaddy hosting to own dedicated server. But now i do have some problems with uploading pictures.

I have GARS (Geek Article and Review System) installed on my forum. Everytime i try to upload a new picture, nothing was uploaded and also no error message. So i thought it was a problem with GARS. But today when i tried to upload a new avatar/profile picture, same problem occured. Nothing uploaded. Even through url.. So i guess this is something with vbulletin.

I've checked most of the options but couldnt solve the problem.

Anyone can give me an idea/advise to solve this problem ?
