We have a system setup on livingavatars.com that will automatically setup your account as soon as the purchase goes through. For some reason, your account did not get setup correctly. It would seem I am experiencing the same problem with your automatic email system. I have posted on the forum (albeit not very long ago to be honest) but have had no responce as of yet. Please could you let me know what I need to do in this case. I can email you my transaction id etc if needbe.
Just as a quick note though, these things happen and reading on previous responces they seem a little hostile at times. Living avatars is an excellent product and yeah ok, there seems to have been a messup with the emailing software. These things happen, threads get missed, emails get missed, and hell if I was on holiday the chances are I would probably be too drunk to read them anyways LOL.
