Install the 64-bit version of Photoshop CS4. Works fine.

Use the
Windows Live Essentials installer to install Messenger Live. If you're using Windows 7, then you will find the utilities they removed from the OS here as well like Movie Maker and Photo Gallery. Windows Live Writer is a good utility if you blog and can connect to multiple services and standalone applications. Windows Live Mail is a nice replacement for the mail application in Windows.

Again make sure you install using the Windows Live Essentials Installer.
The only problem application that I have found is iTunes but that is pretty squarely on Apple and their crappy Windows support built into the application. Heck, It took almost a year after the release of Vista for them to get a version that worked on that OS.
