I went to my adsense setup to see if there where any resourses, and they have a support forum, I think a few of your targeted questions will probably get a more acurate reply from the adsense forum than from anywhere else.

I use adsense on my site but i wouldn't say i was a professional at it and i'm bound to have something wrong as a result
