Hi everyone.

This has probably got to be something really simple, because it's always the simple things I have trouble doing!

This chap here - http://forum.zaphyous.com/ - has some paler lines beneath the horizontal darker lines of his cell borders, making the "Forum", "Topics", "Replies" and "Last Post Info" colums look a bit more three dimensional.

I'd love to know how to do this please.
