Is consultant an anagram ?
The initial thread is asking a general question on the value of a 2 digit domain name.
So yes it is i suppose like asking the value of a house, however the key points you are missing are:
1. domain length
2. domain is australian .com.au
3. domain is numeric
4. domain age
So I dont see any ego trip occuring, only the fact your rattled, and acting like a spoilt child.
In fact from the above its quite easy to ascertain a value based on the factors given, and as this is the community lounge and not a "my domains better than your domain" discussion, I see no basis in your accusations.
The basis of any commodity is supply and demand, and what the market is willing to pay. However when you have something unusual, so ... please not let us discuss the "analogy" of a sports car.
This in fact is a 2 digit domain, perhaps you are not aware of the scarcity of these. Added to the fact its a TLD , but is Australian, also lends to the argument you dont know the domain market, esp Australian domains, which are tied to companies ABN.
If the domain was
www.im-a-consultant-and-web-developer.com then it would be quite easy to ask the foillowing:
1. domain length over 30 characters
2. contains hyphens
So I really dont get your angle mate.
If i said I had a domain named after a well known cat food, would that indeed help you contribute in a more positive manner ?
I think not
