It's very hard to troubleshoot something when we can't actually see it work. I can't tell what is wrong by looking at the template (or rather, I don't have the patience to go through it looking for a problem).

Do this and tell us the results:
Go to a very page with not a lot of stuff on it. View it in your non-working style. View page source - copy to a text file. Now view it in a working style. View page source - copy to a text file. Compare.
