Again, a 32-bit OS can address up to 4 GB (or more precisely, 4 GiB) of
memory. Memory is a generic term covering not only RAM.
I never said anything about "seeing" 4 GB of RAM anyway...
Furthermore, under 32-bit Windows, a single application can only access 2 GB of RAM. The kernel "reserves" the rest. (IIRC)
