Well does anyone know which template it is?

I am not sure but is it editor_css template? If it is that I have no clue on what to change from there to have the box be a gradient and have solid lines instead of the godaweful "3D" type of look

I can't seem to find how to change the inset border style into solid or something else. That is the main thing that bothers me about the message boxes. I want the borders to be solid and not inset or outset.
