Default Swine Flu!
With this recent out break Everyone take caution we don't need fellow vbers gettin sick!

Take Precautions:

Frequent hand washing (or using an alcohol-based sanitizer if soap and water aren't available),

Sneezing and coughing into a tissue and disposing of the tissue after use (or into the elbow),

Avoiding close contact with sick people and staying home if you're sick.

Avoid touching your face after goin to malls etc (deff wash ur hands or use hand sanitizer after visiting the MALL, Malls = Germ Fest)

After handling MONEY try not to touch face or lips.

Public restrooms....Personally i just stay away unless i have no choice. if in fact u have no choice wash hands very good and apply hand sanitizer after.

just a few tips if you have any please post!
