Thanks for the response. I read readme_levels.txt but still am not quite sure how to work Promotions. I have "Use the promotion system?" set to Yes. Am I supposed to add something in the "Usergroups > Promotions" area? I don't see a criteria for vbExperience.

Sorry for the hassle, and especially if I'm missing something obvious, but I just can't figure it out -_-
